Hi, friends! I wanted to share a quick update about my current fitness journey! My mom, sister, and I are currently completing 80 Day Obsession! Y’all- it is no joke! I will share our 28 day progress pics below. We are currently on day 35! Woo hoo! It is a mixture of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and cardio to give you the booty, abs, and arms we all dream about! It WORKS!
My only downfall is nutrition. 80 Day Obsession includes a timed nutrition plan that is awesome, but I just can’t stick to it with my busy lifestyle and personality. So, I am sooo excited about the newest nutrition plan that just launched yesterday called 2B Mindset! I am an emotional/bored eater and I am so ready to make this a lifestyle change!
